Ordering food from Foodleedo is equivalent to having your grandmother pack food for you to take home. Our products aren’t from mass producing vendors but contrary are from actual homes, made by people who love making food and intend to share that food and love with the world. This is why we do not relish in returns, refunds or cancellation. At the same time we do understand that as a customer if you do have certain concerns, the following pointers mentioned is what we can do for you.  


Cancellation Policy 

As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care. This needs to be done as soon as possible. The process for cancellation will require your order number.  

If any of the above mentioned situations do occur we will do the following: refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits which could be used further. If we suspect any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. 

Foodleedo shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the originator etc. flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control. 

Returns & Refund Policy 

In case of orders once being processed through foodleedo.comit will not be canceled or refunded. 

Estimated Delivery Time is the approximate 10 – 12 days to deliver the Food items to the Customer. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, foodleedo shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same. Although you could always contact customer care for the same, if the order period does exceed the duration of 12 days.  

If there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they have been spilled / or were damaged, the Customer shall at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of the delivery file a written complaint to support@fodleedo.com.  In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall not be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts.  

If any shortfall during the delivery does take place such as spilling of the food, foodleedo should be noted within 24 hours, from the time of delivery to 24 hours after. Foodleedo shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received. Provided the matter is justified foodleedo shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of ten days from the date of such commencement. The decision of foodleedo on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same. 

After mutual agreement of refund of payment, foodleedo shall reverse the payment in the same mode the customer has paid.
